Prior to joining Re/Max, Brian ran his own real-estate sales firm and with his father, proudly represented the fourth generation of his family to operate a residential construction, development and sales business.  Since 1948, the Ladd family has proudly built over 6,000 quality homes and prestigious family neighborhoods throughout the country. 

Brian is proud of this heritage, and feels that this experience and long-term perspective is invaluable when purchasing and buying real estate.  Dedicated to the fundamentals as well as spirit of the transaction, Brian researches all the factors and details affecting the property so the buyer can rest easy knowing that their “gut feeling” is backed with an expert analysis.

Born and raised in Colorado, Brian fell in love with the Yampa valley during his childhood visits, and in 2002, was married to his wife Brittany on the banks of the Yampa River.  Together they could find no better place than Steamboat to begin their own family, and feel blessed to have the opportunity to raise their son, Killian, in such a supportive community.  In addition to real estate, Brian is passionate about the many outdoor activities that Steamboat has to offer including fly-fishing, rafting, biking, and skiing.
